Mayor of Bridgend County Borough Council

I have been commissioned to capture the portrait of the Town Council Mayor for several years, which is always an honour. These people give up so much of their free time to carry out this role and it's because they believe in their town and want to see it thrive.
I can now add the Bridgend County Borough Council Mayor to my list of achievements. Huw David is an exceptional man. Loved by all who know him. He appears at so many events all over the borough and his constant enthusiasm and energy is plain to see.
I carried out several compositions with Huw and found his smile which is constant throughout his visits to events all over the borough was the way to go.
This portrait is now hanging in the Bridgend Town Council Chambers.
